Buying an appliance online should never feel risky. Here's exactly what happens if something isn't right.
Returns window
You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can log the return and arrange collection.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Inspect your item with the delivery team before they leave. If a product arrives damaged or doesn't power on, we replace it — collection and redelivery are on us.
What can't be returned
Products damaged through misuse, items with missing accessories or packaging, and installed appliances that have been modified or connected incorrectly.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. M-Pesa refunds are typically processed within 3 working days of the returned item reaching us.
Exchanges
If you'd rather swap for a different model, we apply the value of the returned product to your new order and you settle any difference.
