Every product sold by Plugrite carries warranty cover. The exact period is listed on the product page and printed on your receipt.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal household use, for the period stated on the product page.
What isn't covered
Accidental damage, power surges where no surge protection was used, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair and cosmetic wear.
How to claim
Contact support with your order number and a short description of the fault. We arrange inspection, repair or replacement.
Turnaround
Most claims are assessed within 48 hours. Where a repair is needed, we keep you updated at each stage.
